M.E.P — Mono Earphone for AI Interaction

M.E.P (Mono Earphone Platform) is a wearable technology research project focused on creating a direct, discreet communication channel between a user and an AI system.

Unlike conventional audio wearables built primarily for media consumption, M.E.P is intentionally designed as a single-ear device, allowing continuous environmental awareness while maintaining a persistent AI connection. The mono form factor enables natural interaction without isolating the user from their surroundings.

The project explores how voice-based AI interaction can become more immediate, contextual, and seamless, transforming the earphone into a real-time AI companion interface rather than a passive audio accessory. Emphasis is placed on clarity, responsiveness, and minimal user friction.

M.E.P is currently in the research and conceptual design phase, with studies focused on interaction flow, ergonomic design, and intelligent audio behavior. Technical implementation details and AI integration methods are intentionally undisclosed.
